We are the proudest students of Economics Department at Govt. Azizul Haque College

Govt. Azizul Haque College was founded on July 9, 1939 and started journey as a named Bogura College. In 1941 it started 2 years honors course and in 1962 it extended as 3 years honors course and in 1973 it started Masters Course. In 2001 it started 4 years honors course. Renowned Professor Md Abdul Hamid, Professor Sayed Akmol Mahmud, Professor Montosh Chakraborti and others teach in this department. The seeds of the dream of the first alumni association of economics department were sown in 2019. Later, through various activities, the economics department alumni association began its journey with a grand ceremony on the institution's campus on February 24, 2024.
